Playing for Success is a national initiative which provides out of school study support for pupils aged nine-14, using football as a curriculum and motivational tool. The focus is to raise achievement in literacy, numeracy and ICT whilst also helping to develop self-esteem, motivation and independent learning.

Many thanks to our sponsors (Total Bitumen UK and the National Literacy Trust) and our partner organisations (Lancashire County Council, PNE FC and the DCSF) that make this exciting learning opportunity for local pupils possible.
