PNE Media is the Club's in-house press and new media organisation, responsible for dealing with all incoming press requests, updating the news content of the official PNE website and Whites World, and producing the matchday programme to name just a few of the operations performed by the department on a daily basis.

- Ben Rhodes (Programme Editor / General Manager)
- Robert Urbani (Media & Marketing Executive)
- Adrian Ward (Media & Marketing Executive)
With matchday/part-time support from:
- Brett Cullen (Press Steward)
- Jonathan Breeze (Whites World commentator)
- Matt Hardman (Whites World commentator)
- Frida Larsson (Youth Team Media)
Media Requests
All interview requests or general media enquiries relating to Club affairs are to be directed to the media department, preferably via e-mail to media@pne.com or by calling 0870 442 1964. We will endeavour to deal with every request from accrediated media sources as soon as possible.
Press Conferences
The vast majority of interview requests will be facilitated at our regular press conferences, which normally take place the day before each competitive first team game. As a general rule of thumb, press conferences ahead of a weekend game will take place on Friday afternoons if we're due to play at home (or a short-distance away trip within Lancashire/Yorkshire), or Friday mornings if the following day's game is a mid-to-long-distance away trip. For midweek fixtures, most press conferences will take place during the afternoon on the day before the game. The Club will occasionally call press conferences in the event of a major signing or announcement.
All press conferences are provisionally scheduled to take place in our Press Room in the Sir Tom Finney Stand unless otherwise stated in our regular e-mail press releases. Any accredited organisations requiring further information in this regard are asked to contact the Club via the numbers listed above.
Match Accreditation
In order for media organisations to attend first team fixtures at Deepdale to provide broadcast or written coverage, Football League media accreditation is required. To obtain permission to report on all Football League fixtures, please contact Derek Johnston at Football DataCo, via e-mail at djohnston@premierleague.com / accreditations@football-dataco.com or by calling 0207 864 9131. Please note that the Football League reserves the right to refuse any applications which are considered unsuitable or outwith the best interests of the competition.
Accredited organisations wishing to attend PNE home fixtures are asked to contact media@pne.com (marking the request for the attention of Adrian Ward), stating:
- the name of the organisation (with Football League accreditation number)
- the match (and date) for which they are applying
- the name of the journalist(s) wishing to attend
- the facilities they require on the day
- whether a parking pass will be required.
Please note that the closing date for accreditation applications is 5pm on Thursdays for all weekend fixtures, or 5pm on the preceding day for a midweek fixture. Though we can normally accommodate late requests (subject to availability), the deadlines have been set to ensure the smoothest possible service on the day of the game. Please do not send match accreditation requests via fax.
Matchday Parking
All media parking passes provide access to Moor Park School, a free facility (situated diagonally opposite our Club Shop) on St Thomas' Road, which is accessible from Deepdale Road. Please note that parking is only available on a first-come, first-served basis to any media organisations applying in advance of the matchday via the normal channels listed above.
Match Photography
The vast majority of images used in our matchday programme and via the pages of our Club website are provided by our official photography partners, Action Images. For any queries relating to Action Images and Preston North End, please contact our account manager David Scripps on 0208 885 3000 or via e-mail at d.scripps@actionimages.com.
Match Filming
All Preston North End first and reserve team fixtures (home and away) are filmed by our official filming partners, Cavalier Studios. For queries relating to Cavalier Studios and Preston North End, please contact our account manager John Murray on 0161 480 6073.
Whites World
Whites World is the Club's official broadcast channel, provided as an online subscription service in conjunction with the Perform Group (formerly PremiumTV). The Club is responsible for providing the daily video interview content and the matchday audio commentary on all first team home and away games, while the Perform Group supply the post-match highlights packages. For any queries relating to Club-generated content, please contact media@pne.com. For subscription or technical queries, please contact the Perform Group's customer services department via customerservices@performgroup.com.
SportsTV
Preston North End provide a matchday TV service, PNE.tv, on the concourses of each stand at Deepdale in conjunction with SportsTV. The content, which is predominantly supplied by SportsTV, includes highlights of previous matches and a ticker-style latest score service, keeping you in touch with all the other matches being played around the country. For queries relating to SportsTV and Preston North End, please contact 0870 751 3773 or e-mail enquiries@sportstv.eu.com.
Work Experience / Student Requests
Due to the vast number of requests we receive relating to student projects or possible work experience placements, it is unfortunately impossible for us to grant every request we receive. However, we will do our best to accommodate student media within our regular weekly press conferences if such groups/individuals wish to attend to gain audio/video/quotes as required.
Opportunities for individuals wishing to gain work experience within the media department are occasionally available. Anyone wishing to be considered for such a placement are asked to e-mail media@pne.com, stating:
- the reason for their application
- the whole weeks in which they are available (preferably in fortnightly periods or longer)
...and including:
- an up to date CV
- examples of relevant work in this area.
Please note that all work placements with PNE Media are unpaid.
