Nicholls Deal Complete

Preston North End have finally completed the capture of midfielder Kevin Nicholls after the deal was signed by all parties concerned.
The deal had been held up since Tuesday after Leeds United's administration problems continued but the deal was never in doubt and when the final piece of paperwork was signed he was officially registered by the Football League.
Nicholls joined his new team-mates at a wet Springfields on Thursday morning but there was no David Nugent at the first training session, the England striker given extra time off to recover from his duties with the England Under-21 team.
