There's so much stuff going on ahead of this weekend's big derby clash against Blackpool that we can't fit it all on our home page!

Already on the website this week we've brought you exclusive archive footage of games between the two clubs, including the last match between the two sides at
Deepdale when David Eyres tormented the Blackpool defence, that Tony Ellis hat-trick from 92/93 and also the game at Deepdale from the same season.

Of course you can still view the action live this Saturday, there are tickets still available in all home areas but there will be no sales of tickets on the day of the game. Fans are also encouraged to get to
Deepdale early for what is sure to be one of the busiest games at Deepdale in recent times.

It could be a big day for newly-appointed Club captain Paul McKenna, if selected the skipper is set to make his 400th appearance for PNE and he faced the press prior to the match.

There'll be an extra-special inside
Deepdale once again with fans been asked to help 'Bag 3 Points' with an impressive 'PNE' display.

Manager Alan Irvine has already spoken to the official website offering his thoughts on Saturday's game and past experiences in the Merseyside derby. You can share his insight by clicking here, and there's also the gaffer's usual pre-match preview to take a look at. Additionally, we've quizzed Brett Ormerod about THAT goal back in 1999.

The Tony Ellis saga is sure to bring back a few memories and Preston North End fan Peter Sanderson talks about what happened when Ellis did the unthinkable and moved from Preston to Blackpool.

Straight after training on Thursday afternoon, Whites World caught up with Paul Gallagher, the man who had a major impact in Tuesday night's 3-0 win over Hull after emerging from the dugout. Watch this exclusive interview here.

The stuff on the website is just the tip of the iceberg, this Saturday sees a huge 100 page programme on sale, packed with interviews and features with a whole host of star names.

There's plenty more to come including exclusive interviews with local lads Andy Lonergan and Chris McGrail, Matt Hill talks about the Bristol derby and Chris Sedgwick gives us his thoughts on the game  So stay tuned to pne.com!
