Season Ticket Holders can renew their seat(s) online for the FA Cup clash with Portsmouth on mypne. It's a simple procedure and can be completed in a matter of minutes from the comfort of your own home!

Here is our step by step guide to renewing on mypne:

1) If you are a regular user, go to the login page and login with your unique member number and password. If you have not logged in before please click on the 'Member Activation' tab on the login page.

2) To login via the 'Member Activation' screen all you have to provide is your season ticket number (located on the inside cover of your season ticket booklet), your date of birth and your postcode. The information you supply must match the data we have recorded for you on our database.

3) Once you have successfully logged in you should hover over the 'my account' button at the top of the page. Then hover over the 'Reserved Seating' link and select 'Event Tickets'.

4) You should now see the seat(s) that we currently have reserved for you (your current season ticket seat).

5) To renew your seat(s) please place a tick in the box after the ticket you wish to renew and click the 'NEXT' button.

6) You should then complete the necessary required payment information and proceed with your transaction as normal.
