Preston North End fan Joseph Wignall is the first person to get his hands on the new kit for the 2008/09 campaign after he won the Club's special text competition.

Joseph beat a record number of entries to win the competition and he'll be the envy of every Preston fan, wearing the kit more than three weeks before it goes on general sale on Saturday June 14th.

Next season promises to be a season of firsts for Joseph, the youngster has also secured a season ticket in the new Invincibles Pavilion where he will be enjoying the hospitality of the Guild Lounge.

"I can't wait for next season to start," Wignall told pne.com.

"I'm really looking forward to Alan Irvine's first full season in charge and I think we can get to the Play-Offs, at the very least."

Joseph also gave a big thumbs up to the new kit: "It's really good, very traditional but I think that's what a lot of Preston fans wanted."
