How do I open my PNE Account?
Simply call in at your local Cumberland branch at 90 Fishergate, Preston. All you will need is an initial opening balance of at least £100 and personal identification (such as a passport or full UK driving licence) and proof of where you live (such as a recent paid gas or electricity bill).
